A case where the production planning time was reduced from an average of 3 hours and 30 minutes per person to 30 minutes!

We will introduce a case where we utilized the manufacturing subsidy to database production management information from order receipt to shipment, achieving centralized management of information and real-time visualization of production status through the implementation of a "Production Management System" and a "Production Planning Solution (including laptops)." During the COVID-19 pandemic, workers in the manufacturing field were reporting with paper slips, and there was a need for a system that did not involve human movement to prevent group infections, which led to the implementation. As a result of the implementation, travel time was reduced from 7 hours and 30 minutes to 30 minutes. Additionally, the defect rate was significantly reduced. [Case Overview] ■ Background of Implementation - A system that does not involve human movement was needed to prevent group infections. ■ Results of Implementation - The time taken to create production plans was reduced from an average of 3 hours and 30 minutes per person to 30 minutes. - Travel time was also reduced from 7 hours and 30 minutes to 30 minutes. - The defect rate was significantly reduced. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
